Charger-Match Tool Disclaimer
Infinity EV (infinityev.com.au), an Australian business based in Melbourne, Victoria, provides the Charger-Match tool as a simple questionnaire to recommend suitable EV chargers. The tool is offered in good faith for general informational purposes only.
No warranty or guarantee
The recommendations generated by the tool are indicative only. Infinity EV does not guarantee, warrant or represent that they are accurate, complete, suitable for your needs, or free from error. You should obtain independent professional advice from a qualified electrician or EV charging specialist before purchasing or installing any equipment. Infinity EV accepts no liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from reliance on the tool or its recommendations.
Your information
When you use the Charger-Match tool we collect your name and email address to deliver your recommendation. You may opt out of receiving any further communications from us at any time.
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Review Prize Draw
By submitting to the review prize draw, you agree to the following:
Feedback & Publishing
Infinity EV may use your feedback internally to improve our products and service. If you consent to publishing, we may share your comments (edited for length/clarity if needed) on our website, social media, or marketing materials. Published reviews will respect your chosen option (anonymous/State only, or first name + State). We will never publish your full name, email, address, or phone number without your explicit permission.
Prize Draw
Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Infinity EV Pty Ltd (and their immediate family) are not eligible.
One entry per customer/purchase.
The prize is a $150 Amazon.com.au gift voucher (non-transferable, no cash alternative).
Winner will be selected at random and contacted within 7 days via the email provided. Draw will occur 1 December of each year.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be drawn.
Privacy
We collect your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and our Privacy Policy (available at infinityev.com.au). Your email will only be used for the prize draw notification and to follow up on your feedback if required. We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
General
This promotion is run by Infinity EV Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Victoria. It is governed by Australian law. Infinity EV reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw if required (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances). Failure to enforce any right does not waive our ability to enforce it in the future.
