Public and visitor EV charging with rapid QR-code pay.

Pulsepoint by Infinity EV lets site hosts offer paid EV charging to visitors, customers and the public. Drivers scan a QR code on the charger and pay in their phone's browser, with no app to download and no account to create. You set the rate, and the revenue is paid to you each month.

No barriers, no friction, just scan, choose, charge.

What site hosts and drivers need from paid charging

Site hosts usually want three things: to recover the cost of the electricity, to set their own rate, and to stay in control of their chargers.

Drivers want something simpler. Pull in, plug in and pay, without downloading another app or signing up for another account.

How Infinity EV Public charging works.

Scan the QR code

Every charge point has its own Infinity EV QR code. Scanning it opens the Pulsepoint web app at app.infinityev.com.au.

Choose and pay

Drivers choose how much to spend or how long to charge, much like a parking meter, and can ask for an emailed receipt.

Track the session

Once charging starts, the web app shows the time spent charging, the kWh delivered and the amount spent.

Get paid monthly

Revenue from every guest session is remitted to the site host each month, less fees.

Built for site hosts.

You set the rate

You decide what drivers pay. There's no forced revenue share, and there's no subscription fee on user-pays sites.

Idle fees

Add idle fees so vehicles don't stay plugged in long after they finish charging, and bays stay free for the next driver.

2-Factor authentication (2FA)

Pulsepoint is protected with two-factor authentication (2FA).

Live diagnostics

See sessions, energy use and faults across one site or many, so issues are picked up early.

Built and hosted in Australia

Pulsepoint is 100% built and hosted in Australia, with local support from our team.

Visitor, staff and fleet charging on one site

Many sites need more than one type of access. You can run QR payment for visitors alongside RFID cards for staff, tenants or fleet vehicles on the same chargers, all in one Pulsepoint account. Managing vehicles as well? See fleet charging.

Ideal locations for QR guest payments

Guest pay suits sites where drivers stay a while, such as accommodation, shopping centres, car parks, clubs and workplaces with visitor bays.

Chargers for public and visitor bays

We supply Pulsepoint-ready Smappee, Schneider, Delta and Alchemy Charge chargers for car parks and visitor bays, and our licensed installer partners cover Melbourne, Sydney, the Central Coast to Newcastle and South East Queensland.

Affordable subscriptions are available on the pV and pB options of Pulsepoint. Reach out to info@infinityev.com.au

  • Set idle fees, so drivers are charged if they stay plugged in after charging finishes. The idle fee function in Pulsepoint is set with a grace period after charging is complete. After the grace period (e.g. 15 min), the system will charge $/min.

  • Yes, Infinity EV Pulsepoint has a strong time-of-use tariff function allowing you to run variable pricing depending on the cost of electricity. The driver knows how much they are charging before they start, the variable pricing is factored into the price they pay before charging. Contact us for a demo.
