EV fleet charging for depots, workplaces and home
Pulsepoint by Infinity EV brings your electric vehicle fleet's charging into one platform. Depot, workplace and home sessions are each recorded against the right driver, vehicle and cost centre, so you can see what your fleet uses without chasing receipts.

The challenge of charging an EV fleet
An EV fleet rarely charges in one place. Some vehicles charge overnight at the depot, some top up at the office, and many go home with their drivers. Each location raises the same questions: who used the power, what did it cost, and which budget should pay for it?
Without one system, the answers end up spread across power bills, spreadsheets and driver claims. Costs are hard to track and reimbursement is slow.

How Pulsepoint manages fleet charging
Depot charging
Fleet vehicles charge on site using RFID cards on a closed network, so only authorised drivers and vehicles can start a session. Every kWh is logged by vehicle and driver.
Workplace charging
Company cars can charge free, much like a fuel card, while private vehicles are billed by RFID. Both are recorded, so fleet charging stays separate from staff charging.
Home charging
Drivers who take a vehicle home plug into a Pulsepoint-connected charger. Each session is sent to Pulsepoint and is ready for reimbursement.
One set of reports
Depot, workplace and home sessions come together in one dashboard and one set of reports, split by cost centre.

Pulsepoint fleet charging features
Cost-centre billing
Bill each session to the driver, vehicle, department or cost centre. Finance teams get records that match the way the business already reports.
Home charging reimbursement reports
Reimburse drivers using the actual kWh / invoice method, based on the energy each vehicle used at home. Pulsepoint keeps audit-ready records for every claim.
RFID for closed networks
RFID cards keep depot and workplace chargers private. You can add, suspend or reassign cards as drivers and vehicles change.
Live analytics and diagnostics
See live sessions, energy use and charger faults across every site. Multi-site and driver management, two-factor authentication (2FA) and an API for your own fleet or finance systems are part of the platform.
Your choice of chargers
Pulsepoint connects over OCPP to a range of AC and DC chargers, including Smappee, Schneider and SigEnergy, so you aren't tied to one hardware brand. It is 100% built and hosted in Australia.

Can company cars charge free while staff pay? Yes. Give fleet vehicles free access and bill private vehicles by RFID or QR-code. Both are recorded separately. Not charging staff to charge can lead to an FBT event. Speak to your tax accountant.
