The Alchemy Charge SmartPoint solves this by transforming existing 10A outlets into intelligent, individually metered charging points. Residents simply plug in their own portable EV cable and charge in their personal car bay at a steady 2.4 kW (adding approximately 10–15 km of range per hour).

Property managers and body corporate can set the electricity rate, and Pulsepoint automates invoicing to residents to cover shared power costs.
Full remote oversight, usage reports and revenue tracking.
Drivers start, stop for sessions instantly through the Pulsepoint RFID card. Each resident is billed at the end of the month and the strata/body corporate receives a lump sum payment for all residential charging.

SIMPLE RETROFIT INSTALL
COST EFFECTIVE
The Alchemy Charge SmartPoint requires a common 10 Amp circuit, the same as any standard powerpoint. If you have one in the garage, the change over is easy. Simply arrange for the sparky to come in and change the powerpoint over for a SmartPoint.
CONNECTIVITY
The SmartPoint uses Wi-Fi as its primary connection method to report on energy consumption and reimbursements.
Using Wi-Fi is cost effective, however if your apartment building does not have Wi-Fi in the carpark, we can arrange for appropriate connectivity to be provided either through 4G, or an Ethernet connection to the SmartPoint.
PULSEPOINT
Once installed, the SmartPoint connects to the Pulsepoint cloud. Each transaction is recorded and compiled for review by the strata manager. Pulsepoint records users, kWh, CO2 and calculated reimbursement.
